✸How do the daily picks work?
Every day Comuna picks four plans close to you: a Headliner, a Staple, a Hidden Gem and a Pop-up.
🧭Why does Comuna ask for my location?
To show what's close to you and to confirm check-ins when you arrive. It's optional; you can pick your neighborhood by hand instead, and change location access any time in your phone's settings.
✅My check-in didn't work.
Check-ins need you to be at the event, so make sure location is on and try again once you're there. Still stuck? Send us the event name below.
🎟️How do stamps, patches and points work?
Checking in earns points and a stamp for the place and the neighborhood. Patches mark milestones, like your first stamp or three neighborhoods. See your passport. Points have no cash value.
➕How do I add my event or business?
Head to For Hosts and tell us about it. You can also add an event with the + button in the app.
🗑️How do I delete my account or data?
Send us a note below with the name on your passport and we'll delete your account and activity. [When the iPhone app launches: "You can also delete your account in the app under Profile."]
